  • Subscription Data (Email, First Name, Last Name): If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your subscription data will be immediately deleted from our database.

  • Usage Data: We retain Usage Data for as long as necessary to provide and improve the Service, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. The retention period for this data is also influenced by the policies of our service providers, such as Wix and Google Analytics

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

We use third-party service providers who may process your data outside the UK/EEA. We ensure that any such transfers comply with UK GDPR by relying on appropriate safeguards:

  • Wix: Utilizes data centers in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, and Israel for storing site-visitors' data. Wix relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers of personal data outside the UK/EEA.

  • TidyCal: TidyCal’s primary data-processing infrastructure is hosted in secure, GDPR-compliant facilities in the United States. Data may also be processed or stored in other regions (e.g., within the EU) under strict transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

  • PayPal: PayPal's primary production environment for data processing is located in the US-Phoenix Oracle Cloud region, with a disaster recovery environment in the US-Ashburn Oracle Cloud region. PayPal ensures data transfers are compliant with data protection laws through various mechanisms, including SCCs.

  • Google Analytics: This service processes data in the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for data transfers from the UK/EEA.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

  • Google Analytics  Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. (Note: We do not currently use automated decision-making or profiling that would have such legal effects on you).
