Meet Wendy
As a BPS chartered coaching psychologist, you need supervision with a BPS RAPPS registered supervisor to maintain your chartered status. I'm here to provide that essential support while helping you grow as a practitioner.
With over 20 years in academia and more than a decade as a registered coaching psychologist, I bring deep experience in research, practice and professional development.

Since 2013, I've been working as a coaching psychologist, specialising in health behavior change (including weight management), executive coaching, and workplace coaching primarily within higher education settings. My academic journey has taken me from teaching assistant to associate director, encompassing strategic leadership, line management, and research leadership roles. Throughout my career, I've had extensive experience supporting trainees and developing emerging practitioners.
My Approach
I work from a contextual behavioural science perspective, incorporating mindfulness and compassion-focused approaches. This evidence-based foundation helps supervisees develop both technical skills and the personal resilience essential for effective coaching practice.
